XERO ACCOUNTS

For clients who prefer a cloud solution to their bookkeeping and management information needs we have partnered with Xero and are a Xero Certified Advisor. Being able to see your books in real-time enables us to give you the level of support you might expect from an in-house accountant but at an affordable price.

VT ACCOUNTS

VT accounts offer a cost effective bookkeeping solution. Many of our clients have opted for this solution and Counters use VT accounts software to prepare final accounts.

SAGE ACCOUNTS

We are able to support those of our clients who use Sage Accounting software for their own bookkeeping purposes, downloading information from clients’ files to produce final accounts.

QUICKBOOKS

Where our clients use Quickbooks accounting software, Counters are able to support this, extracting data from client files to enable us to prepare your final accounts.

PAYROLL MANAGER

Payrolls are run using Moneysoft’s Payroll Manager, producing either hard or soft copy payslips and associated supporting payroll reports, on a monthly basis. This software has been tested and approved by HMRC as meeting its reporting requirements.

KEYTIME

Counters use Keytime tax software to produce clients personal and corporation tax returns.
